2 injured in road mishap
Two persons were seriously injured when a Tipper truck bearing number TRO1 AQ 1880 collided head on with a lorry truck bearing number WB41 J9636 at 82 mile area under Kumarghat police station on Tuesday. The injured persons are identified as Shetab Ali resident of Shanicherra and Shanto Goj resident of Bardhaman, West Bengal.
It was reported that the Tipper truck bearing number TRO1 AQ 1880 was heading towards 82 mile area when a lorry truck bearing number WB41 J9636 coming from the opposite direction collided head on with the tipper truck. As a result both the drivers of the trucks got injured.
The locals rushed to the spot and informed the fire service and the police. After getting the information fire service personnel and police personnel rushed to the spot and took them to the Hospital. The doctors on duty seeing the condition of Shetab Ali critical referred him to District Hospital, Dharmanagar and Shanto Goj was discharged after first-aid.
