The 4th Indian open grappling championship -2023 is going to be held from 28th to 31st of December at Rishikul vidyapeeth international school indoor stadium, sonipat, Haryana.
In the selection trial from Tripura in male category in 55kg category, Himu Paul from North Tripura, Chandradeep Saha from West Tripura in 35kg,and Mithun from South Tripura in open weight category.
Apart from this, Kavita Kalai from West Tripura in 63kg, and Priya Debnath from North Tripura got selected in 85kg category, secretary of grappling association Uttam Achaya will accompany as team coach.
