The government is working with various plans for overall welfare of the state as well as its people. Government aims to build a self-reliant Tripura, said Minister for youth Affairs & Sports, Social Welfare & Social Education and Labour Tinku Roy while addressing in the two day long Bi- Annual Conference, Media Workshop of Tripura Working Journalist’s Association at Sahid Bhagat Singh Youth Hostel on Saturday. He said, moving line with the centre and under the guidance of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our government is putting an utmost effort in building a self-reliant state. Various plans are being implemented to build self-reliant Tripura. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also wants to build a self-reliant India. Tripura will be prosperous if villages become prosperous, the State will attain self-reliance if villages emerge self-reliant, the State Government is working to empower rural people, he added.“Recognizing the pivotal role of economic independence, we’ve shifted our focus to ensure that women have the tools to secure their financial futures,” he said.India has emerged as a strong, self-reliant country under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. Due to his policies and decisions in the interest of the country, India’s reputation has grown all over the world, he said.
