One died, one injured in road mishap
One person died and another person was seriously injured when a vehicle bearing number TR 06 B 0306 fell into a gorge at Teliamura on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Ganesh Debbarma and the injured has been identified as Partha Debbarma both residents of Teliamura.
It was reported that the deceased Ganesh Debbarma, including the injured, were going out for some work when the car fell into a gorge. Ganesh Debbarma died on the spot and Partha Debbarma received serious injuries.
The passerby informed the fire service and the police. After getting the information fire service personnel Teliamura fire department and police personnel Mungiakami police station rushed to the spot and took them to the Teliamura Subdivision Hospital.
Ganesh Debbarma was declared brought dead by the doctors on duty. The doctors on duty seeing the condition of Partha Debbarma very critical referred him to GB hospital. He is undergoing treatment at GB hospital where the doctors said that his condition is very critical.
Meanwhile, after hearing the news family members of deceased Ganesh Debbarma broke down in tears. His body will be handed over to his family members after the post-mortem examination.
