MP from Mohanlalganj & Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore on Friday inaugurated the Tertiary Waste Processing Center at Bashpadua in Rishyamukh.
Speaking in the inaugural ceremony MP from Mohanlalganj & Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore said that the central government is working seriously to create Swachh Bharat. He laid emphasis on building a Swachh Bharat and a healthy India.
Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore planted a Nageshwar sapling in front of the centre.
The Tertiary Waste Processing Centre has been constructed under the Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban project at a cost of Rs 2 crore 14 lakh 63 thousand. Degradable and non-degradable materials will be segregated in this centre. Moreover, organic fertilizers will also be made from the decomposed matter.
Chairperson of South Tripura Zilla Parishad Kakali Das Dutta, Vice Chairperson of Bilonia Municipal Council Shikha Nath, Secretary to Union State Minister MV Singh, Director of Urban Development Department Rajat Pant and others were present on the occasion.
