BJP candidate for the 7-Ramnagar assembly constituency Dipak Majumder on Saturday expressed his confident of winning the upcoming by-election. Majumder continued his door-to-door campaign on Saturday and drew impressive response from the voters of Ramnagar.

Dipak Majumder was nominated as the BJP’s candidate for the ensuing by-elections to 7-Ramnagar assembly constituency, which is left vacant due to the demise of MLA Surajit Datta. He filed his nomination paper on March 27 last to contest against CPI (M) candidate Ratan Das.

During the campaign, Majumder said, “The impressive response from the voters of Ramnagar signifies that people have trust on BJP.”

“I will surely work for more development to the constituency and finish the pending works for the welfare of the people of Ramnagar,” he said and believed that people of 7-Ramnagar assembly constituency will put their trust in him and make him win the election.
