TRIPURA: BJP observed foundation day
Along with the rest of the BJP dominated states, Tripura also observed the 44th foundation day of the party at BJP election office in Agartala on Saturday.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State President Rajib Bhattacharjee hoisted the party flag and also paid floral tributes to the portraits of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, on BJP’s 44th Foundation Day and remembered the party ideologues. Union Minister of State, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Pratima Bhoumik also paid floral tributes to the portraits of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
Speaking on the occasion, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State President Rajib Bhattacharjee said that the state BJP is determined to gift “two lotuses” to PM Modi in the Lok Sabha election. We should pledge to win the two Lok Sabha seats with majority votes and gift it to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We are determined to gift two Lotus from Tripura to PM Narendra Modi in the LS polls to strengthen his hands for a stronger & prosperous India, he added.
The Prime Minister has built a prosperous and strong India through his honest, far-sighted, courageous and several revolutionary decisions in these ten years. With his effort, a reliable ‘Brand India’ has been established in the world, he said.
