BJP MLA Bhagaban Das today visited the Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital (G.B. Pant hospital) to enquire about the conditions of the injured persons of Ulta Rath Yatra tragic incident which occurred on June 28 when the chariot of Lord Jagannath came in contact with high-tension wire in Kumarghat under the Unakoti district.
A total of 11 injured persons are undergoing treatment at Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital (G.B. Pant hospital). Out of the 11 injured persons three are in critical condition and the remaining eight injured persons are in stable conditions, said BJP MLA Bhagaban Das.
He also met their family members at the hospital, as well as discussed with the doctors in charge of the treatment of the injured and discussed about better treatment of the wounded and prayed for their speedy recovery. The doctors are trying their level best to cure the injured persons, he added.
