Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Friday said that Tripura has received Rs 339.35 crore under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin).
Chief Minister on his social media handle on Friday wrote, “Tripura has received Rs 339.35 crore under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin). On behalf of the people of Tripura, I wholeheartedly thank PM Narendra Modi and Union Minister for Rural Development Giriraj Singh for releasing the fund. This will surely boost the implementation of PMAY-Gramin in the state.”
He further stated that sanctioning of the fund will surely boost implementation of PMAY-Gramin in the state.
Through the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin), the government aims to empower the rural population by providing them with access to safe and dignified housing, thereby uplifting their overall well-being.
Chief Minister Manik Saha said on Thursday that farmers outside of Tripura will also benefit from the distribution of the 14th installment of Rs 17,000 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, according to an official statement.
“The Prime Minister released the 14th instalment amount of about Rs 17,000 crore under PM-KISAN, dedicated more than 1.25 lakh PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras (PMKSKs) to the nation and launched on-boarding of 1600 Farmer Producer Organization’s on Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC),” said Saha.
